December 2020: I am now 1337 Days and still counting without a workout interruption and like I continue to state, it will continue as long as I have the means and wits about me to do it.
Start of the month, still waiting to hear back from Harvard with fingers crossed. Not too tight though – just lets be real, it is nigh impossible to break that code, but what happens if…? It is possible
So the election is behind us and wow, it was touch and go there for a bit. I don’t think my heart could have handled this if Trump had won. I still blown away by the number of people who find him a worth man to lead this nation. He is not only a blustering no nothing, he is just nasty looking and mean.
It is getting pretty cold too. In fact, it is 0105 on 1DEC and it is supposed to go down to about 37degree later this morning. I am not looking forward to that. Also, COVID is on a rampage still with no end in sight.

Darebee remains a staple in my daily fitness diet. I have also been running everyday, but now with the ergometer, I will be force to play favorite here in a bit. I am sitll new to the rowing experience, but I am taking to it quite quickly and might just use 2021 to make the switch to erging. At any rate, Darbee is my forever love, so that remains.
(Kept from previous foreword) – Additionally, I have added a couple layers of complexity or demand to my workout. First, I am religiously sticking to DareBee and the Daily Dare; I am also, keeping the preliminaries. Second, I have added a consecutive component – so, starting with the end of IronBorn (9 April 2017), I have worked consecutively. I intend to push for 60 straight day, then see if I can get to 90. So far I am enjoying it and my body seems to be rising to the occasion. I caught the flu a few day before the end of the last phase (around May 2017) – I worked through it and was back up in only a couple of days. It appears pushing through and forcing my body to continue working, I was able to push the flu out of my way. I am also continuing my virtual push to OKC via Benton. I am really enjoying that but I will have to pick up the mileage here in the next phase as I am running out of time. Keep leaning forward.
