This is equivalent to Day 27 on Lambada program and Day 44 on the “Path”. Okay workout, but felt like crap.  Only 2.5 hours of sleep last night falling asleep right now. I am 3/4 of the way towards the completion of Phase I goals and I am right on schedule.  Test in two weeks…looking forward to it.
