Decided to make today a rest day….really thought about it quite a bit. Got to the point of donning the garb to go workout, but curb myself. Really have to take control the feeling – not let the feeling control you, because it also works in reverse as well. Tomorrow should be a 60min run.
The idea is to only have one rest day per week and miss no other day.
Other things – not much really just doing a lot of brain work right now – developing alot of projects mentally, should start putting pen to paper in a bit.
Also brainstorming writing a book… probably should have a clearer layout of the path I want to take in about a month or so.
